I cut my teeth by broadcasting Altavista Basketball, thus I got to spend time interviewing Mike Cartolaro quite often. I recently had a chance to catch up with Coach Cartolaro, to talk about his time at Parry McCluer. He recently retired from his role as Athletic Director, and we recapped his time in this interview.

Robert Senseney's Cancer Journey

Last week I had the pleasure to catch up with Robert Senseney. Coach has had stops at Gretna, William Fleming and currently at Halifax. He even took his talents to North Carolina. Cancer is a scary word, but the Coach is cancer free after beating kidney cancer. He took me through that journey and here it is on "The Sports Buffet Podcast"

In the really serious series "If Aliens came down to earth" who are 5 NBA Players you'd tell them to watch. Well, Cooper Stamn and Tyler Buggs told me their 5. I didnt edit it super tight, because I want you to hear that Cooper and Tyler had to think (especially when it got down to their 5th). Now, there's no requirements why you had to pick your 5 but, Stamn and Buggs gave supporting reasons on their choices.
