Anthony Romano is good people. I love talking to good people (especially Yankees fans like Mr.Romano is) to get his thoughts on the biggest free agent signing lately, Juan Soto. Soto went from one side of the baseball world to the other but is still with a New York team. Anthony talks about Soto, going forward for the Yankees and more.

On Sunday night, I caught up with Altavista Basketball Coach Casey Johnson. Coach Johnson looked ahead to the upcoming Dogwood season, previewing the Dogwood teams, talked about one day of practice before tonight's game against Rustburg and more. Casey Johnson also talks about what players (past and present) that he'd want his guys to be like.

Always enjoyable for me when I get to talk to Kyle Hoehne. On this podcast, Kyle previews Altavista and Essex. He'll call the game on Saturday on 105.5 KD Country. Kyle talks about the two teams and more on this episode. The State Semifinal will take place in Altavista.

J.T. Crews was so good to me about coming on during the season, we have decided to continue it in the off season. I don't know what we're going to talk about each week, but Coach Crews said it will come back to football. In this episode, we talked field turf, weight room and how do you beat LCA & Sherando. 

The head coach of Turner Ashby, Scott Turner, caught up with me on Wednesday. We talked about the upcoming matchup with LCA, and we reviewed the season as a whole for Turner Ashby. 

LCA will host Turner Ashby for the Regional Championship on Friday night in Lynchburg. On Wednesday, I caught up with Frank Rocco, the head coach of LCA, he looks ahead to Turner Ashby and reviewed the Regional Semi win over Heritage.
