Jamar Lovelace, is the new head football coach at E.C. Glass High School. Coach shared his thoughts with me about being named the head coach of the Hilltoppers and more.

Pat Corrigan, head coach of the Ferrum Panthers, gave his thoughts after Wednesday's defeat at Lynchburg. The Panthers will take on Hampden Sydney on Saturday (Corrigan's alma mater) and Question of the Day, "Would you rather have a pet porcupine or pet skunk?" Cam Shepherd (Brookville Boys Basketball), Coeburn Enyart (Cave Spring Boys Basketball), Greg Howard (Commissioner for Basketball Officials for COA) & JJ Johnson (Brookville Track Coach) gave their answers.

Cam Shepherd, has spent quite a bit of time in the ODAC. He played at Randolph and spent time as an assistant for the Wildcats. Also, having coached High School Basketball, he has a knowledge & relationship with many of the ODAC Coaches. So instead of previewing the individual teams, we just talk about the traditions/coaches of the ODAC.
